Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to work in Urgent Care or Primary Care. The APP collaborates with a licensed physician under protocols to deliver comprehensive care to pediatric through geriatric patients in Napa/Solano County.

The role emphasizes examinations, diagnoses, treatment plans, tests, referrals, and patient education within a team-based clinic.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program approved by NCCPA.
• Master’s degree in nursing or PA program is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical examinations and updates patient history.
• Formulates a diagnosis and treatment plan for patient needs.
• Orders ancillary services as appropriate.
• Reviews diagnostic tests and follows up on results.
• Provides patient education and counseling as needed.
