Job summary

AvaMed Workforce is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time assignment at a medical facility in Stockton, CA. Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:00pm. Rate: $85/hr on a 1099 basis with weekly pay.

Responsibilities include initial evaluations, creating and adjusting treatment plans, delivering therapy, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and coordinating with physicians, nurses and other therapists to ensure optimal patient care.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient needs, and physician recommendations.
• Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to provide therapeutic interventions for patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care.

Job description

AvaMed Workforce is a Healthcare Staffing Agency that staffs healthcare professionals throughout all of California. At the moment we are in need of a Physical Therapist to take on a Full-Time assignment at a medical facility located in Stockton, CA. This is a full-time assignment.

40 Hours per week

Location: Stockton, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Rate: $85/hr 1099 (1099)
