We are looking for licensed insurance agents who are coachable, committed, passionate about helping others, eager for personal development, able to manage their schedules effectively, and seeking mentorship.

Symmetry Financial Group operates in the Mortgage Protection industry, helping protect families' greatest asset—their ability to earn an income.

Over the last 14 years, we have developed a duplicatable, transferable system.

The ideal candidate is someone who wants to be part of a team and can follow our proven process. Your role involves helping families by calling warm leads to set virtual appointments via Zoom, in person, or over the phone, to guide and educate clients in choosing the best mortgage protection plan within their budget.

Our full-time agents typically meet with 10-15 families per week. Expectations for this position include:

  1. Making a positive impact on families
  2. Following a proven system
  3. Receiving unparalleled mentorship
  4. Potential first-year income between $80K-$100K
  5. Building a team immediately
  6. Developing leadership skills and personal growth
  7. Commission-based pay with bonuses available
  8. Utilizing a warm lead generating system that eliminates cold calling
