Full Job Description

Knowledge of:

• HIPAA regulations and healthcare administration functions, including claims processing, eligibility verification, and preauthorization
• Relational databases, SQL, and database access interfaces (ODBC, JDBC, ADO, ADO.NET)
• Software testing procedures
• Network and software architecture
• Build automation
• Version control software

Skills:

• Advanced experience in database-related development (complex SQL queries and stored procedures)
• Experience developing applications that consume web services
• Intermediate XML reading and writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with continuous integration, automated build, and deployment

Preferred Qualifications:
