Required Experience:

Five years in software programming and analysis
Three years in programming EDI and/or ETL transactions

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare administration functions, including claims processing, eligibility verification, and preauthorization.
Relational databases, SQL, and database access interfaces (ODBC, JDBC, ADO, ADO.NET)
Software testing procedures
Network and software architecture
Build automation
Version control software

Skills:

Advanced experience in database-related development, including complex SQL queries and stored procedures
Experience developing applications that consume web services
Intermediate XML reading and writing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with continuous integration, automated build, and deployment
