Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Raynham, MA urgently seeks CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our caregiving team. We offer full-time and part-time roles with short- or long-hour shifts, immediate openings, and flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (required).
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Comfortable providing care in a client’s home.
• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home.
• Follow individualized care plans and established routines.
• Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team.
