Your Day-to-Day

• Facility Visits: Travel to skilled nursing facility patients to perform derm rounds, collaborate with healthcare teams, and deliver essential patient care. Early morning starts may be required.
• Dermatology Care Expertise: Provide expert care for dermatologic wounds and skin problems.
• Detailed Documentation: Keep accurate and timely records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure the highest level of care.

Qualifications – Non‑negotiables

• Licensed Nursing Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Licensed to practice in California
• Open to traveling and working in various cities across Greater LA and Inland Empire area
• Comfortable treating geriatric and complex patient populations
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and passionate about making skin health accessible

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of extensive experience in dermatology
• 1-2 years of experience rounding at SNFs

Benefits

• Compensation: starting amount of $500 daily rate
• Benefits: malpractice coverage, flexible schedule, no weekends, mileage reimbursement will be from first facility to the next
• Days needed: 2-3 days consistent per week
• Position: Part‑time
