Right at Home of Spokane is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors and adults needing assistance. You will help with daily tasks while promoting safety, comfort, and independence in clients' homes.

We offer training and opportunities for advancement, a flexible schedule, and competitive pay. Experience preferred but not required; all you need is a caring attitude and reliability.

Qualifications

• Caregiving, HCA, or CNA experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to complete Idaho caregiver training requirements if needed.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass a competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check.
• Reliable, caring, and compassionate attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Caregiver, you will provide essential in-home support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Providing medication reminders
