Qualicare Home Care SF Bay Area is hiring compassionate, dependable individuals to join our caregiving team. We offer flexible part-time schedules, $20–$23/hour pay, and paid training, with opportunities for longer shifts, weekend work, and advancement.

Caregivers provide non-medical support in clients’ homes, assisting with personal care and daily activities. Join a supportive team with mileage reimbursement, ongoing mentorship, and rewards for performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or home care preferred.
• TB test or chest X-ray must be current.
• Must have access to a mobile phone and transportation.
• California driver’s license required or reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Accompany clients on outings, shopping trips, and errands
• Provide non-medical medication reminders
• Assist with ambulation and safe client transfers
• Follow individualized care plans and client‑specific instructions
• Complete required documentation and charting accurately

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred
• Negative TB test or chest X‑ray
• Access to a mobile phone
• Ability to travel within Contra Costa and Alameda Counties
• Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Availability for weekend shifts
