ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES :

Job Duties / Responsibilities :

• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Prepare meals.
• Accompany clients on outings.
• Run shopping and errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with ambulation and transportation of clients.
• Offer companionship to clients.
• Follow care plans.
• Documentation and charting.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• HCA certification (registered with Home Care Aide) preferred. (We can assist if not certified.)
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray.
• Covid-19 fully vaccinated.
• Access to a mobile phone.
• Ability to travel within the East Bay.
