Hourly Compensation Rate & Available Hours

• $17/hr. compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
• 2nd (Evening) and 3rd (Overnight) Shifts available.
• Weekdays or Weekends: You tell us what shifts YOU can work!
• Some assignments ongoing and client temp-to-perm negotiable!

Summary of Client's Description of this Opportunity

• Provide compassion and emotional support to residents with Mental Health and/or IDD, ensuring all activities are designed and implemented with a goal of individual growth.
• Assist residents with tasks they are unable to perform for themselves such as meal preparation, cooking, bathing, dressing, and light housekeeping; monitoring and redirecting residents, as needed.

Client's Required Experience & Education

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current Physical/TB screening.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
• PA State Criminal Background check.

Must be reliable and dependable with both the care you provide and attendance.
