Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Conway, AR seeks experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. The role encompasses radiology testing, patient positioning, room setup, and occasional Medical Assistant duties to support clinical care.

Full-time rotation includes 12-hour weekday shifts with every-other weekend; PRN options are available. High school diploma, AR state X-ray license, and BLS are required; ARRT certification preferred. Excellent benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly in waiting area, exam room, and radiology room.
• Communicate wait times and guide patients to the next step in the treatment process.
• Assist in radiology procedures and maintain patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain and report equipment quality and any malfunctions to the manager or provider on duty.
• Document patient history, vital signs, and procedure details accurately.
• Support front desk staff with patient check-in/out as needed.
