Job summary

Chai Urgent Care is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technician to join our Florida facility. The role involves preparing patients for X-ray procedures, performing imaging, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

You will log procedures, maintain supplies, and support a cooperative team environment while complying with ARRT standards and clinic policies. On-site work with benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree or equivalent.
• ARRT or equivalent.
• Knowledge of X-Ray procedures and protocols.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology for X-Ray testing.
• Knowledge of radiology equipment and safety hazards.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work practices.
• Able to work with staff, patients, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provides general care and education to patients regarding x-rays.
• Uses radiation protection and shielding materials.
• Prepares patients for radiologic procedures and takes X-rays.
• Maintains logs and records of procedures.
• Keeps examination rooms clean and stocked.
• Reports equipment malfunctions to the Practice Manager.
• Works to maintain a smooth clinic flow.
