Position Overview: As a Veterinary Technician at AcutePet Urgent Care, you will support high-quality patient care by assisting with diagnostics, treatments, lab sample preparation, IV placements under supervision, patient monitoring, and ensuring safety and comfort. You will also maintain clean treatment areas, support recordkeeping, and communicate compassionately with clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience in veterinary or animal care settings (urgent care or emergency preferred)
• Ability to assist with treatments, diagnostics, patient restraint, and daily care under supervision
• Knowledge of clinical procedures and patient monitoring
• Strong communication skills and a calm, kind demeanor in fast-paced situations
• Detail-oriented, reliable, eager to learn
• Availability for evening or weekend shifts as needed
