Our clinic is seeking a Full-Time Shift Lead to help provide outstanding patient care, team leadership, and client service in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art urgent care clinic.
The primary purpose of the Shift Lead is to perform the duties of a Licensed Veterinary Technician (licensure is required at this time) and provide operational support across all shifts. You will work to provide consistent leadership during each shift to support clients, coordinate paraprofessional staff, and to steward hospital leadership goals by maximizing productivity and profitability. The Shift Lead will direct, plan, coordinate, and perform a variety of duties concerned with animal health and patient education to ensure consistent, efficient, quality care for our patients. The Shift Lead will partner with the Practice Manager and Lead DVM to ensure effective communication with clients, hospital team members, Field Leadership, and AVG/UV Support Center departments.
