BluePearl Pet Hospital in Washington, PA (South Hills) is seeking Urgent Care Veterinarians to join our team in a large referral setting which includes 7 criticalists combined at our Pittsburgh locations. We have a house officer program consisting of rotating interns, emergency and critical care interns and residents, and surgical interns and residents, leading to a collaborative team offering high quality medicine and patient care.

• Robust onboarding with virtual modules including treatment of dermatologic urgencies, orthopedic exams, toxicities, and more.
• Gain the skills and training to walk into your first urgent care shift with confidence.
• Emergency Track advancement opportunity to further expand your skills to become an ER clinician through hands-on experience working ER shifts under the mentorship of a senior emergency clinician. Ask us for details!

Essentials for Achieving Excellence at BluePearl:

• DVM/VMD degree required.
• Completion of a rotating internship in emergency (ER) medicine and critical care (ECC) preferred but not required.
• Ideal candidate will have General Practice (GP) or Humane Animal Medicine practice experience.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state.
