The ideal candidate has 2+ years of veterinary technician experience, a CVT license is a plus, and strong organizational and communication skills. Schedule includes a 4/5 day rotation and evening hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Veterinary Technician experience.
• Leadership experience in a veterinary setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and staffing.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and schedule team members.
• Mentor growth plans and coordinate workflow with other hospital managers.
• Balance leadership duties with direct patient care as needed.
