Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Winchester Hospital is seeking an Urgent Care Tech to support our urgent care team under the direction of a registered nurse. This role focuses on performing urgent care procedures to enhance patient comfort and safety, contributing to positive outcomes in a collaborative care setting.

The position requires a CNA credential and clinical experience; nursing students with rotations or EMT/ER experience are also considered.

Qualificações

• Certified Nursing Assistant with one medical-surgical clinical rotation or one year clinical care experience; EMT or ER clinical experience also acceptable.
• Nursing student with clinical exposure may qualify.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document care.

Responsabilidades

• Assist under RN supervision to perform urgent care procedures.
• Contribute to patient comfort and safety and care coordination.
• Support efficient workflow in the urgent care setting.
