Job summary

Graves-Gilbert Clinic is seeking a skilled Patient Care Tech III to join our urgent care team in Bowling Green, KY. This role blends medical assisting, phlebotomy, and radiologic support to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with EHRs, LIS, and imaging systems, and capable of handling urgent situations while maintaining HIPAA compliance. The position requires travel between satellite urgent care locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CMA/RMA preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; ARRT licensure expected.
• Radiologic Technologist license in KY and ARRT registration required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and imaging; record vital signs and history.
• Perform triage assessments and support patient flow in urgent care.
• Assist in medical exams, minor procedures, wound care, and radiologic tasks.
• Administer injections, medications, and vaccines under supervision.
• Document patient histories and procedures in EHR; manage scheduling and billing inquiries.
