Job summary

Responsibilities

• Transports patients (on stretchers or wheelchairs) to and from patient floors while ensuring correct patient identification.
• Performs standardized cleaning procedures for assigned areas within the established timeframe.
• Takes immediate action for patient issues and escalates if necessary.
• Responds to inquiries directly or via the appropriate MSKCC staff/department.
