Responsibilities

• Urgent Care Triage and Patient Support: assist with intake, triage, vitals, escalation to veterinarian, and patient flow management.
• Diagnostics and Procedures: collect and process samples, perform in-house tests, obtain radiographs, assist with minor procedures.
• Client Communication and Service: set expectations, review discharge instructions, provide updates, document interactions.
• Teamwork, Records, and Hospital Readiness: maintain medical records, assist with opening/closing, and uphold safety protocols.
