Job summary

This PRN (Days) role may require travel to other Urgent Care clinics across the state. Indiana license with BLS and ambulatory experience are essential, with a BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active IN RN license or compact license.
• BLS certification required; unit-specific certifications may be needed.
• 2 years ambulatory experience; 1 year ER/UR triage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage, assessments, and support procedures.
• Coordinate patient care with on-site providers.
• Ensure timely completion of orders and treatments.
• Deliver in-clinic and telehealth care as needed.
