Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Urgent Care team. The RN will deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, performing triage, clinical assessments, and supportive procedures under the guidance of on-site providers.

Candidates should hold an ASN with RN licensure in Indiana (NLC eligible), and have 1–2 years of ambulatory or urgent care experience. The role offers competitive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active Indiana RN license or NLC RN license.
• BLS certification required; additional life support may be required by unit.
• 2 years ambulatory setting preferred; 1 year ER/urgent care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, provide and assist in evaluation of total patient care.
• Perform direct patient care and quality assurance activities.
• Triage, assessments and coordination of care under on-site provider supervision.
• Support telehealth or in-clinic patient care as needed; ensure timely orders are followed.
