Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate patient assessments across various clinical scenarios.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care including rooming, vitals, medications, vaccines, and procedures.
• Respond to patient questions via calls, messages, and in person; educate and coordinate follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with privacy and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to support efficient clinic operations.
• Adapt to fluctuating patient volumes and changes in clinic schedules.
