Job summary

The role collaborates with physicians and clinic staff, supports patient education, documentation in EMR, and adapts to fluctuating patient volumes, all while upholding patient-centered care standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Nursing program Required
• Bachelor's Degree (BSN) from an accredited Nursing program Preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs timely and accurate patient assessments and supports care decisions with providers.
• Delivers a full range of nursing services including vitals, procedures, and patient education.
• Coordinates follow-up, referrals, and care plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintains high-quality clinical documentation in the EMR and adheres to privacy standards.
• Collaborates with physicians and clinic staff to optimize workflows and patient experience.
• Assists in managing fluctuating patient volumes and clinic operations.
