Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking an experienced nurse to provide clinical and administrative support in a fast-paced urgent care environment. The role includes triage, charting, assisting providers, and maintaining a positive patient experience.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and obtain TB/IV certification within 60 days of hire. Prior LPN/RN experience in urgent care is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required and active.
• 1+ year experience in clinical setting preferred.
• TB and IV Certification required to be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all responsibilities of Patient Care Specialist and Scribe as per job description.
• Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all employees and credibility with team.
• Deliver clinical and administrative support for the team and adhere to policies.
• Adhere to Core Values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake; triage patients by vitals, phlebotomy, injections.
• Assist providers in minor procedures and physicals; prepare supplies and equipment.
• Ensure accurate patient charting and timely forwarding of charts daily.
• Arrange referrals to specialists and obtain pre-authorizations as directed.
