Job summary

Children's Wisconsin Good Hope Clinic is seeking a part-time Urgent Care Registration Rep to welcome families and complete accurate registration. You will liaise with the clinical team to ensure a safe, organized visit for children and families.

The role supports front desk duties, wait-time updates, and scheduling tasks. Requirements include 1+ year of registration or scheduling experience in healthcare, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years registration or scheduling experience in a healthcare setting.
• High School graduate or GED/HSED required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills; strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Requires proficiency with Windows and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patient families and completes accurate registration.
• Acts as liaison between patient families and the clinical team to promote a safe, organized visit.
• Answers phone calls, directs inquiries, and assists with scheduling and cancellations.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and a secure patient environment.
• Supports front desk duties, wait-time updates, and MyChart activation where applicable.
• May travel to all Urgent Care locations as needed.
