Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is hiring a Radiologic Technologist (RT) to perform radiologic procedures and imaging in our urgent care clinics in Massachusetts. You will also provide clinical support, participate in quality assurance, and train new staff, while maintaining patient‑centered care and high safety standards.

The role requires ARRT licensure, BLS certification, and 1–2 years of radiology experience. The pay range is posted hourly, with opportunities for sign‑on bonuses for full‑time team members,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ARRT radiography certification.
• BLS certification.
• 1–2 years of radiology/patient care experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform radiologic procedures following ARRT protocols.
• Operate radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable equipment with ALARA principles.
• Position patients for imaging and document studies in EMR and PACS.
• Collaborate with radiologists for study interpretation and outside imaging requests.
• Switch between RT and Medical Assistant responsibilities, including triage and vital signs.
• Provide lab testing, screenings, and point‑of‑care diagnostics.
• Maintain sterile exam rooms and safe clinical environment.
• Adhere to HIPAA and ConvenientMD policies in patient care.
