Job summary

ConvenientMD in Maine is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our urgent care team. You will operate radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable equipment, ensure radiation safety, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver accurate diagnoses.

You will perform clinical support tasks, triage patients, conduct testing, maintain sterile rooms, and help train new staff while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ARRT license required.
• BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross) required; CPR/ACLS online only not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable equipment with ALARA safety.
• Position patients for optimal imaging and document studies in EMR/PACS.
• Collaborate with radiologists for study interpretation and coordinate outside imaging requests.
• Conduct patient triage, including vitals and medical history; provide testing and care for acute/chronic illnesses.
• Maintain clean, sterile exam rooms and equipment; ensure safe clinical environment.
• Support onboarding and training for new clinic team members; communicate effectively with staff.
