Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an accredited radiology education with an Associate degree, Florida license, ARRT certification, and BLS. Independence, accuracy, and strong communication are essential for patient care and team collaboration.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiology program with an Associate's degree.
One year of experience preferred.
State of Florida Radiologic Technology License.
ARRT Certification required.
American Heart Association BLS for healthcare providers required.
Must communicate effectively and work independently.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic X-ray exams with knowledge of human anatomy and pathology.
Cross-train to Urgent Care Technicians and prepare patient records for providers.
Accurately perform specimen collection and testing per policy.
Data entry, workflow monitoring, and equipment operation.
Ensure patient safety and maintain documentation; discharge patients efficiently.
Maintain credentials and comply with hospital and Urgent Care standards.
