Banner Urgent Care in Windsor, CO is hiring a Practical Radiologic Technologist or Limited Scope Operator. You will perform chest and extremity radiographs, assist clinicians, and help manage patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Hours are varied, including weekends, with shifts from early morning to evening to meet patient needs. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, national certification as a radiologic technologist or limited scope licensure, and CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
• National certification as a Practical Radiologic Technologist or Limited Scope licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification and ability to work in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for exam, records vitals, and documents complaints.
• Performs radiographic procedures and educates patients about the process.
• Assists providers with exams, blood pressure, temperature, phlebotomy, EKGs.
• Coordinates referrals, authorizations, scheduling, and test results.
• Maintains accurate medical records and supports billing information.
• Keeps exam rooms and equipment clean, stocked, and sterilized as required.
• Orders supplies, monitors inventory, and participates in onboarding.
• Manages patient flow and coordinates with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Performs radiographic procedures under license and acts as medical assistant when needed.
