Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• National certification as a Practical Radiologic Technologist or Limited Scope licensure.
• CPR (BLS) certification for adults, children and infants every other year.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities.
• Strong computer skills with medical software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exam and record vital signs and symptoms.
• Perform radiographic procedures and educate patients about the procedure.
• Assist providers with exams and minor in-office procedures.
• Coordinate patient care including pre-certifications, referrals and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate documentation for billing and medical records.
• Maintain a clean, functional work environment and sterilize equipment.
• Order supplies and manage inventory; participate in onboarding and simulations.
• Ensure efficient department workflow and patient transport within the clinic.
• Perform radiographic procedures as licensed and assist as a medical assistant under supervision.
