Job summary

Integrity Care Group seeks a licensed clinician to provide primary and episodic care following accepted standards and protocols. Responsibilities include exams, testing, diagnosis, treatment, referrals, and patient education.

The role requires medical degree or NP/PA credential plus current license (board certification for NP) and BLS. 1 year of experience preferred. This is a safety-sensitive position with variable hours and potential sign-on bonus discussions.

Qualifications

• Medical degree or NP/PA degree from an accredited university.
• Current license; NP board-certified; DEA license.
• BLS certification.
• 1 year experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete physical exams and assessments of patients including urgent, emergent, and non-urgent presentations.
• Order, perform, and interpret tests and imaging to inform patient condition.
• Diagnose and treat illnesses; provide vaccines and therapies.
• Provide referrals and coordinate care with specialists.
• Document findings and care plans in patient records and follow-up notes.
• Explain procedures and discuss test results with patients.
• Provide medical direction and supervise healthcare staff; assist with emergencies.
• Manage events and communications for recruitment or training as needed.
