Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urgent Care Physician to join our collaborative, physician-led team. The role focuses on non-emergent acute illnesses and minor injuries in patients aged 3 months and older, with strong clinical and operational support, in a modern ambulatory urgent care setting.

Compensation includes an annual salary of $340,000–$365,000, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related specialty.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or ambulatory acute care experience required.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat non-emergent acute illnesses and minor injuries in patients ages 3 months and older.
• Provide care for patients across the lifespan.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic testing, including laboratory studies, EKGs, and imaging.
• Perform in-office procedures consistent with urgent care practice.
• Collaborate with and supervise advanced practice clinicians in a team-based care model.
• Coordinate referrals and elevate care when clinically appropriate.
• Practice within a highly respected, physician-led medical group.
• Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record (EHR)
