Hartford Healthcare-GoHealth Urgent Care in Connecticut is seeking physicians to join a growing urgent care network. Eligible candidates have MD degrees, ABMS/AOA board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine, and active CT licensure.

Roles require 2–5 years post-residency clinical experience with both adult and pediatric care experience. Clinicians will diagnose, treat, and manage patient care across urgent care settings, including ordering tests and imaging,

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• 2–5 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Adult and pediatric practice experience.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABMS/AOA in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Active state medical licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Examining and treating patients.
• Taking patients’ medical histories.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and X-rays.
• Making diagnoses and prescribing medications.
• Treating minor injuries that may require sutures, splints, or casting.
• Recording progress notes for follow-up patients.
• Educating and counseling patients.
• Ordering and/or carrying out therapy with patients.
• Giving vaccinations, and referring patients to additional care.
• Supervising GoHealth PA/NPs remotely when cases are presented to you for supervision.
