Job summary

Carbon Health in New Jersey is seeking part-time or full-time urgent care clinicians to join a nationwide network. You’ll provide patient-centered care, diagnose and treat urgent conditions, and work within a high-performing team to ensure quality outcomes.

You’ll order tests, interpret results, supervise APPs, and help manage clinic flow with expert supervision available. The role offers growth in a supportive, tech-enabled environment with CarbyOS and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician (MD/DO) in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine with an active license.
• Unrestricted medical and DEA licenses; DOT certification obtained prior to start.
• BLS certification required before the first day; ability to treat patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of urgent care conditions.
• Order/interpret diagnostics including x-rays, labs, EKGs.
• Perform procedures such as laceration repair, I&D, splinting.
• Supervise and teach advanced practice providers; collaborate with peers.
• Triage patients to maintain clinic flow (4–5 per hour).
