Job summary

WVU Health System Medical Group (SMG) is opening a Rapid Care urgent care clinic at United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV. The physician-led team will operate 7 days a week with physician and APP support in a modern, EPIC EMR-enabled space.

Employment is through SMG with a 3-12s schedule, no call or nights, and competitive recruitment incentives; comprehensive benefits and CME time are included.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and eligibility for medical license
• Residency completed in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine or both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients in outpatient urgent care settings.
• Provide timely and effective patient care with an APP model.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality urgent care services
