Job description

Responsibilities include:

  1. Planning, evaluating, and implementing high-quality medical care for both adults and children in cooperation with center physicians.
  2. Delivering excellent patient service and courtesy to ensure high patient satisfaction.
  3. Providing patient care in compliance with applicable bylaws, regulations, and policies.
  4. Serving as a resource for patient, family, and staff education.
  5. Accurately documenting all services rendered and maintaining complete records.
  6. Completing necessary documentation to facilitate care and reimbursement.
  7. Participating in meetings and activities supporting center operations.
  8. Engaging in professional development, maintaining certifications such as BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, or NALS, and additional specialty training as required.
  9. Performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications include board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine, licensure, DEA registration, procedural experience, diagnostic reading skills, and effective communication abilities. BLS certification is provided if needed. Prior urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine experience is preferred.
