West Point Health Group is seeking a physician for our Urgent Care & Workers’ Compensation team in San Bernardino, CA. You will provide high-quality patient care, diagnose and treat conditions, review tests, and supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

This full-time role requires an active CA medical license and DEA registration, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine, ACLS; PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California medical license and DEA registration.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Two or more years of clinical experience preferred; qualified new graduates may apply.
• ACLS certification; PALS certification preferred.
• Urgent care, occupational medicine, or DOT experience is a plus where applicable.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centered approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality patient care and help guide daily clinical operations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions within the scope of the practice.
• Review laboratory and diagnostic results and complete appropriate follow-up.
• Supervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the electronic health record.
• Contribute feedback and leadership toward continuous clinical improvement.
