Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience.
• 1+ years of Medicare experience.
• Experience in NextGen Inpatient Clinicals, Clinical Documentation or Clinical Quality.
• 1+ years of experience in Managed Care, Healthcare or Care Management.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and lead by example to create an exceptional patient experience.
• Lead healthcare management to ensure day-to-day execution of medical model.
• Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
• Manage clinicians and support staff, complying with APC supervisory requirements.

Location: San Bernardino, CA

Full-time position

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, no nights, no weekends, no holidays, no on-call

Up to a $50,000.00 bonus plus Monthly and Quarterly Incentives.
