Banner Urgent Care is expanding within Banner Health, offering full-time or part-time physician positions in a fast-paced, autonomous urgent care setting in the Casa Grande area. The role supports a patient-centric model with shared call and a network of clinicians.

Clinic hours are 8am–8pm, seven days a week, with potential for leadership opportunities, professional growth, and PSLF-qualified locations under an established integrated health system.

Qualifications

• Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Proficiency in urgent care/emergency procedures.
• Thrive in a patient-centric autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Offer adaptable schedules including full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts.
• Provide care in a fast-paced urgent care setting with 7-day clinic hours (8am–8pm).
• Collaborate with medical assistants, front office, and specialists to support an autonomous practice.
