Job summary

Banner Urgent Care in Casa Grande, Arizona, is expanding and seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners for a fast-paced autonomous role within Banner Health’s integrated system.

We offer flexible scheduling, seven days a week hours (8am–8pm), shared on-call once a month, and a comprehensive benefits package including PSLF eligibility. Join a team supported by medical assistants, front office staff, and a network of specialists.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of urgent care or procedures experience.
• Family Physician Assistant designation with active AZ license.
• DEA with prescriptive authority required.
• Must have National Certification and BLS.
• Recent experience with all ages (newborn to geriatric).
• Proficient in urgent care procedures.
• Ability and desire to thrive in a patient-centric environment.
