Included Health seeks a highly motivated physician to manage care for patients of all ages, delivering high-quality care through integrated virtual and in‑person services. You will document findings promptly, coordinate with providers, and educate patients while accommodating flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years post-residency in urgent or primary care, board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and multiple state licenses to

Qualifications

• Completion of a 3-year Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine residency.
• Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual boarded Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted state medical license in at least one state (5+ licenses preferred).
• Experience with care for all ages, newborn to adult.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide care for patients of all ages, virtual and in-person as needed.
• Perform history, exam, diagnosis, and document findings timely.
• Deliver high quality patient care while maintaining safety.
• Coordinate with specialists and care teams as appropriate.
• Counsel and educate patients on treatment plans.
• Review and manage patient records and orders.
