Job summary

Banner Urgent Care, part of Banner Health, seeks physicians to join our growing team in the Tucson area. We offer adaptable schedules including full-time, part-time, and weekend options, with clinic hours 8am–8pm seven days a week and a shared call structure.

You’ll work with a supportive network of medical assistants, front office staff, and specialists to enable an autonomous practice. Board-certified or -eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine is required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine (ABMS)
• Proficiency in medical procedures commonly seen in urgent care or emergency settings
• Ability and desire to thrive in a patient-centric environment

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care and primary care services in a fast-paced setting
• Work with medical assistants and front office staff to support autonomous practice
• Participate in on-call rotation and patient flow management
