Job summary

Community Care Partners in Oregon is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our urgent care clinics. We provide non-critical care as an alternative to the ER, seven days a week, with a 10am–10pm schedule and a 3-day work week.

You will deliver high-quality patient care, communicate clearly, and collaborate with a supportive team. A valid PA or NP license in Oregon and ability to obtain DEA licensure are required; relocation assistance and a $20k sign-on are available.

Qualifications

• Active PA or NP license in the state (Oregon).
• Ability to obtain DEA licensure.
• Strong knowledge of treatment and drug interactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-critical urgent care within standards of practice.
• Maintain compassionate and welcoming patient interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver efficient care.
