Job summary

MainStreet Family Care in Erwin, NC is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join a fast-paced urgent care team. You will provide patient-focused care, lead a small team, and deliver quick, quality care to a broad age range.

We support career growth with on-site HQ orientation, training shifts, and resources like a pediatric urgent care course and on-call clinical decision support.

Qualifications

• PA board certification required.
• MSN or higher education preferred (new grads welcome).
• DOT certification is optional or funded by employer.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients within PA scope in urgent care.
• Perform minor procedures (toenail removal, foreign object removal, suturing).
• Conduct general orthopedic evaluations/management and interpret X-rays with radiologist input.
• Provide telemedicine where applicable and participate in occupational medicine cases.
