Job summary

CareNow Urgent Care is seeking a full time board certified physician assistant to float or be home-based among our South Austin, TX clinics: Buda, San Marcos, Kyle and Bastrop.

Qualified candidates should be comfortable seeing ages three months and up, able to work independently, hold Texas licensure and DEA, and be capable of first reads on x-rays with broad skills in pediatric and adult care, including I&Ds and suturing.

• Board certification with Texas licensure and DEA registration.
• Comfortable seeing patients from 3 months of age.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to perform first reads on x-rays.
• Proficient in pediatric and adult care, including I&Ds and suturing.

• Urgent Care
• Urgent Care Family Medicine

Qualified Candidates

• Comfortable seeing ages three months and up
• Must have the ability to work independently
• Board certified
• Has a Texas state medical licensure and DEA
• Ability to perform first reads on x-rays
• Skills to perform patient treatment procedures for most acute illnesses or injuries to include: pediatric and adult care; I&Ds; suturing, etc.
