Job summary

WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV is seeking an Urgent Care physician (Adults) to join our dynamic medical team. The role is outpatient, with 12-hour call shifts from 8a to 8p, typically about 156 shifts per year, and at least one weekend per month.

On-site X-ray and lab services accompany the position. Candidates must have MD or DO, be BE/BC in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine, and complete an ACGME residency; WV licensure and DEA are obtained

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Will obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire.
• BE/BC in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• Completed an ACGME-accredited residency.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinical duties in urgent care setting.
• Call schedule 12-hour shifts (8a-8p) with approximately 156 shifts per year, at least one weekend per month.
• On-site X-ray and laboratory services.
