Urgent Care Physician - $330,000 Per Year Practicing Half the Month

Position: Staff Physician

Location: Temecula, CA

1099: Full-time and part-time

Sign-on Bonus: $50,000 for Full-Time Only

Position Overview:

Accelerated Urgent Care has been voted Best Urgent Care in Bakersfield, CA for eight years. We currently operate 18 clinics across Southern and Central California to serve all your urgent care needs. We are hiring a full-time or part-time Urgent Care Staff Physician for our Temecula, CA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Practice twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break.
• Full-time involves 12 monthly shifts, 2 on-call shifts, and managing mid-level providers.
• Part-time involves a minimum of 6 shifts per month and managing mid-level providers.
• Treat approximately 4 patients per hour across all age groups in a low-acuity setting.
• Perform bread & butter procedures: I&Ds, toenail removal, and laceration repair.
• Utilize in-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray equipment.
• All X-rays are read by a Board-Certified Radiologist with results available within 20 minutes for routine orders.
• Use the VelociDoc EMR system with Dragon dictation for efficient documentation.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.)
• Completion of a Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Residency Program
• Active and in-good-standing CA Medical License
• DEA Certification
