Urgent Care Physician at Enterprise Medical Recruiting

Summary

An Urgent Care Center in Duluth, Minnesota, is seeking an Urgent Care Physician to provide care for acute conditions in both adults and pediatrics. The position offers flexible scheduling with no call responsibilities and a competitive benefits package. Opportunity Details

• The ideal candidate would be a flexible, team player who is invested in working together to achieve a terrific work-life balance for all involved.
• The clinic is open from 10 am to 7 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 5 pm on weekends.
• Desired skills include the ability to multitask, strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills, focus on team-based care, experience working with Credentialed Practitioners, comfort with suturing and splinting; leadership skills or interest is a plus.
• Seeking up to 1.0 FTE (benefits start at 0.6 FTE).
• FTE details: 1.0 FTE = 150 hours/month, 0.8 FTE = 120 hours/month, 0.6 FTE = 90 hours/month. Shifts are 12, 8, and 4 hours.
• Very flexible scheduling, with the calendar set 3-6 months in advance.
• No call, limited holidays, and at least one weekend work per month.
• Cases include acute care for walk-in adults and pediatrics, respiratory illnesses, minor injuries (including laceration repair, I&D, foreign body removal), musculoskeletal injuries requiring radiology and splinting, non-life-threatening trauma, and workman's compensation cases.
• Excellent compensation and benefits package.

• Northeastern Minnesota, 150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
• Service area population of approximately 460,000.
• Duluth has a population of about 90,000.
